Deep scratches and etched defects may remain. Multi-stage correction needs a Level 3 quote. We confirm the coating product, preparation and care instructions with your booking.

  • Final finish inspection and agreed protection

Protection

The protection product and any coating upgrade are specified in your custom quote. The Level 2 coating is not automatically included.

Limits & upgrades

Custom quote after inspection. No fixed removal percentage or promise to erase every scratch. Sanding, repainting and repairs require separate approval. Level 3 does not automatically mean three polishing stages.

What is the difference between a wash and Wash, Clay & Seal?

A Maintenance Wash addresses ordinary dust and road film. Wash, Clay & Seal adds suitable decontamination, clay treatment where appropriate, deeper wheel care, tire dressing and a ceramic paint sealant. It does not include machine polishing.

Is the sealant the same service as the one-year ceramic coating?

No. Wash, Clay & Seal includes a ceramic paint sealant with an up-to-3-month protection target, subject to product, preparation, use and maintenance. Level 2 Gloss Enhancement includes a gloss-enhancing machine polish and a one-year ceramic paint coating. They have different preparation and service scopes.

Will a wash or clay treatment remove scratches?

Washing and decontamination clean the surface; they do not include corrective machine polishing. Level 2 Gloss Enhancement targets appearance and light defects. More demanding swirls and paint defects need a paint-correction assessment.

Does Paint Correction automatically include a coating?

No. Your correction quote specifies the polishing and protection included. A coating, sanding and paint repairs are not automatic inclusions.

Do you bring water and electricity?

Yes. We bring our own water and power. We still need access to the vehicle and a suitable place to work.

What if rain or the location affects the appointment?

Contact us so we can confirm whether the conditions and working space suit your service. Coating, polishing and drying requirements may affect the appointment plan. Confirm weather and rescheduling arrangements when you book.
